We want you to be happy with your Leg Luxury tights. But if you're not, please keep reading.
1. We Mess UpIf we make a mistake (being human, this may happen...infrequently), it's only right that we correct it. We will resend or refund your item(s) immediately with any refund matching your method of payment. ***Please check your order form to make sure you're ordering exactly what you want.
2. I Ordered This???If you get some pantyhose, tights,etc. and don't like them (how could you NOT like them?), you may return them in new, unworn condition in the original package. Upon receipt we will issue you a refund (minus your shipping cost) or provide you with a credit for another purchase--your choice.
3. No Package?OK. Let's say you've thrown out the packaging and held your new hose up for size, and you haven't tried them on; and a) you don't think they'll fit, b) the color is not what you expected, or c) you're just not that into them. We repeat--we want you to be happy. So, just pack those puppies up and send them right back to us. In this case, we'll give you a credit to apply to another purchase.
4. They're YOURS!Finally, you wear your new hosiery to your special event and decide you don't like them. Or you get a snag putting them on. Or you catch them on the car door and get a run. You want to return them, but...
Sorry. Once the pantyhose or tights are stretched over your leg(s), they're your property (and we have CSI training, so don't think you can hoodwink us!). But please do remember: Hosiery does not last forever. The more sheer the tights, the more readily they will snag or run. It's a fact of life. (And it's part of the reason we don't charge $25+ for our tights!)
